Professional interests


Marjoke Rietveld-van Wingerden (born October 11, 1950 in Gouda)is the auther and (co)editor of ten books and some 120 articles and chapters dealing with children's literature, youth magazines, education in a pluriform society, Jewish education and special education
Her research dealt with the history of children's literature in The Netherlands and Flanders. The last six years her research is concerned to two topics
- freedom of education in the Dutch history, in particular the case of the Jewish education in the Dutch history.
- the history of special education and children's care.
